Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been worn, washed, cut, coloured, altered or installed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product.
